Best known for delivering a convergence of folk and punk rock performances on NPR’s World Café, this American alternative rock band originally from Providence, R.I. is composed of guitarist Ian O'Neil, bassist Chris Ryan, drummer Dennis Ryan and singer-songwriter John J. McCauley, who Stevie Nicks described as “a little bit Tom Petty, a little bit Johnny Cash and a little bit spectacular." Highlighting the acoustic and electric dichotomy of Deer Tick, the band’s 2018 “Twice is Nice” Tour features two sets focused on their latest albums “Deer Tick Vol. 1 & Vol. 2” as well as music from past records.
